I have read about two new promising operations VBS and VBT, and would like to hear if anyone here have had this done or know any hospitals in Europe that performs Them?

VBS is vetebra body stapling, where staples are put ón convex side to limit groth and force concav growth.

VBT is vertebra body tethering, where a string is put ón convex side with similar purpose as VBT.

I can help you with your questions. There is very limited experience with VBS and to my understanding no experience with VBT in Germany, which is a very new procedure that is currently performed in only few centers worldwide.

The center with the most experience in VBS and VBT is the Shriners Hospital for Children in the US. I have been involved with both procedures during my time at Shriners and have extensive clinical and academic experience with both techniques. I am currently practicing in Germany.
